Channel Sales
Job Description
1. Responsible for channel development and management of welding machine/tools products, and achieve regional sales targets.
2. Expand and maintain the network of distributors and agents, formulate channel cooperation plans and implement them.
3. Collect market competition trends and customer needs,
and report to the product department to optimize strategies.
4. Assist channel partners to carry out technical training, promotion activities and after-sales problem coordination.
5. Analyze sales data regularly to optimize channel structure and improve performance.
Job Requirements
1. 2-3 years of channel sales experience in welding machines, power tools, hardware and electromechanical industry.
2. Familiar with the dealer development process, able to complete customer visit, negotiation and signing independently.
3. Adapt to short-term business trips (within the province/adjacent areas)
Priority Considerations
1. The existing welding machine/tools industry channel resources are limited.
2. Have basic technical knowledge and be able to answer customers’ product questions.
